RTE Operation Transformation / ESB Health & Wellbeing
The 10th series of RTE Operation Transformation starts this Wednesday 4th January at 8.30pm on RTE1
If you would like to: Get active, Eat Healthy and Feel Good – by making some changes to your lifestyle (big or small) log on to www.rte.ie/ot and pick the leader whose body shape best resembles your own, and follow their eight -week training and food plan.
Operation Transformation is teaming up again with Parkrun. Parkrun are free weekly timed walks/runs that take place every Saturday at 9.30am at 54 locations across the country.
Evidence has shown that spending time in green spaces – parks, forests and mountains – reduces physical stress and enhances mental wellbeing.
