The death has occurred suddenly of Bridie Cooney (née Carolan), Monaghanoose, Bailieborough, Cavan. (Mother of Paul Cooney, Const. Supr. Cavan/Monaghan)

Funeral arrangements as follows:
Reposing at her residence tomorrow, Thursday, from 2pm until removal Friday evening at 5.30pm. To arrive at St. Anne’s Church, Bailieborough at 6pm. Funeral Mass Saturday morning at 10.30am, with burial afterwards in St Anne’s Cemetery, Bailieborough. Our Thoughts & Prayers are with Paul & his Family at this sad time. May She Rest in Peace.

Death of Ann Tynan, mother of Eamonn Tynan, MD Database, ESB Networks, Portlaoise. / Mary Dunne
The Death has occurred of Ann Tynan R.I. P. Mother of Eamonn, our friend and Colleague, MD Database, Portlaoise.
Reposing at her residence on Wednesday from 12 noon, with Rosary at 9pm. Reposing on Thursday with Removal at 6:30pm. Arriving at The Church of the Sacred Heart Rath at 7:30pm. Requeim Mass on Friday at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St Michael’s Cemetery Portarlington. Our sympathies and thoughts are with Eamonn and his family at this sad time.

Matt Kearney (ex-Poolbeg) RIP / Chris Murphy
It is with sadness and regret that I inform of the passing of our friend and collegue Matt Kearney (ex-Poolbeg).
Matt passed away peacfully in Portugal and there are no funeral arrangements as yet.

In preparation for the inevitable New Year’s resolutions, I just wanted to let you know (or remind you if you’ve been before!) about the exercise classes that we plan to run in ESB Head Office. The classes will run in batches of 6 weeks and the cost will be 35 Euro.
I’m responsible for organising a number of other classes (Circuits, Boot Camp and Pilates) in ESB. Please see the Gateway timetable. If you’re over in Gateway on a Wednesday please feel free to try a class.
It’s a great way to get fit (or stay fit), and the classes are designed to suit all levels of fitness.
Benefits of Pilates:

· Improved core strength and stability
· Improved posture and balance
· Improved flexibility and stay pain free
· Prevention and treatment of back pain

Head Office Fitzwilliam

· Time: 1 to 1.45 (45 minutes)
· Location: Helsinki Room next to the kitchen on the third floor
· Facilities: Changing, shower & locker facilities are located on level -1 beside the bike sheds · Number of classes: 6 (One classes every Monday 1 to 1.45) · Cost: €35 for six weeks

What to bring:

· Bottle of water
· Towel
· Mat – Only if you have one! Mats will be provided but some people like to use their own

Electric Ireland Golf society / Jimmy Milne
Re : Golf Society

In case you didn’t know, there is a golf society up and running here in Electric Ireland. We are open for membership and would be delighted to welcome new members
We have 6/7 outings per year and cater for all types of golfers, we have team events, scrambles and stable ford competitions
There is a membership fee of €100 per person, this covers all prises for each outing. We can arrange for a deduction from your salary to cover all fees for the year.
