Death of James (Jim) Barrett, (Father of Nora Bairead, HR) / Caroline Coffey
It is with sadness I advise of the death of Jim Barrett (Father of Nora Bairead, Group People & Sustainability).
BARRETT James (Jim) (Former City Architect, Limerick and Dublin) (Cork and Donnybrook, Dublin) 13th February (peacefully) at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Carmel; he will be sadly missed by his wife, children Nóra, Diarmuid and Séamus, grandson Dónal, brohers Pat and Richard, sister Eva, son-in-law Peter and all his extended family and friends.
Reposing at home on Friday, 16th February, between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held in Mount Jerome Victorian Chapel, Harold’s Cross on Saturday at 3.00 pm, followed by cremation. All enquiries to Fanagans at 01-215 3980. ‘Ní bheidh a leithéad ann arís”

Fresh scones in Gateway on Friday morning for Zambia / Cormac Madden Folks,
My son Dónal who some of you met last year when he was on work experience, is visiting Zambia in June with his school, to help out with different orphanages and schools in the N’Gombe township of Lusaka, the capital.
To raise money for the projects that they will be working on over there, Donal is holding a coffee morning with homemade scones: Project for children in N’Gombe, Lusaka, Zambia
What: Homemade scones, jam and cream
Where: 5th floor tea room (near room 510), Gateway 2
When: This Friday, 16th 10 – 11 AM.
Everything raised is going directly to help the children. If it suits, it would be great if you were available to help Dónal in this worthy cause. Thank you.
