Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Understanding our Safety Culture / Group Health Safety & Wellbeing
As we embark upon the next stage of our safety improvement, our first step is understanding our safety culture.
Starting with the highest risk parts of our business, Networks, G&WM and Innovation, a survey is now live in each, and will be followed by individual and group discussions.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and you can find your link in an email from your Safety Support Manager. Please answer openly and honestly – we are really interested in your views on safety, what is working well, what is not working so well. This will help us gauge where we are now in safety.
We have done much work on safety in recent years and we wish to build on this now. Ultimately, we want to create the safety culture and the safety leadership throughout ESB, so that no one gets hurt and everyone feels safe. Thank you for your support
More information can be found on the Hub.
