Death of Liam Byrne, ex Ringsend Station & PG Procurement / Mark Harmon
It is with great sadness that I advise that our friend and former colleague Liam Byrne (formerly of Ringsend Generating Station and Power Generation Procurement) passed away peacefully on October 6th 2021 at Beaumont Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of 45 years to Dolores, and cherished father of Stephen, Niamh and Gráinne. Liam will be very sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Áine, sons-in-law Darren and John, grandchildren Luke and Jack, brother John, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and wide circle of friends.
May He Rest in Peace Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road, on Saturday, October 9th 2021, from 2pm to 4pm for family and close friends only. Removal on Monday, October 11th 2021, to St Paul’s Church, Ayrfield arriving for 11am Funeral Mass. The funeral cortege will pass the residence after 12 noon on Monday, October 11th, on the way to Balgriffin Cemetery Extension for burial.

Death of May Fallon, mother of Kevin, ESB Garrycastle, Athlone /
The death has occurred of Mary (May) Fallon, R.I.P., mother of our colleague and friend Kevin Fallon, ESB Garrycastle, Athlone. Mary (May) Fallon (née Breheny), Eskerbane, Brideswell, Athlone, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Glanduff, Lecarrow, Co. Roscommon, Thursday, October 7th, 2021, peacefully, in the tender and loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Portiuncula University Hospital, Ballinasloe, in her 94th year. Predeceased by her husband Pat, daughter Kaye, brothers Michael and Paddy and sister Rose Morris. Sadly missed by her loving sons Liam, PJ, Michael John, Kevin, Noel and Kieran, daughters Rose, Bernie and Lily, sons in law, daughters in law, sister Kathleen Harney, sister in law Myra Breheny, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and her many good friends. May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace Mary’s funeral cortége will leave her home on Saturday morning (October 9th) at 11.30 o’c to arrive at St Brigid’s Church, Curraghboy for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 o’c. Burial afterwards in Cam Cemetery. (Church numbers are limited to 50% capacity)

Death of Jo Brogan, mother of Donal Brogan, Enterprise Services and formerly GT /
Beloved wife of the late Jim. Dear Mother of Joan, Paula, Alan, Cormac, Donal and Déirdre. Sadly missed by her daughters, sons, sixteen grandchildren, sons-in-law Stephen, Philip and Jerome, daughters-in-law Kristin, Trish and Geraldine, extended family and friends.
May she rest in peace. Reposing at Macken’s Funeral Home, Distillery Road, Wexford, on Friday, 8th October, from 4.00 to 6.00 pm. Removal on Saturday, 9th October, to St. Brigid’s Church, Rosslare Strand, for Funeral Mass at 1.00 pm. Cremation shall take place privately.
