Apprentice opportunities at Moneypoint / Talent Acquisition
Generation And Trading’s Moneypoint location, one of Ireland’s largest generating stations, is inviting those interested to apply for their Apprenticeship Programmes (Mechanical and Electrical) which will commence in September 2021. The apprenticeship programme will provide successful candidates with: • both on-the-job and classroom-based learning
• dynamic work experience working in one of the most technically advanced generating plants in Europe
• the skills required to undertake routine power plant maintenance as well as diagnose and problem-solve complex power plant faults
• attain a recognised Level 6 Trade Certificate with a world-class Utility Company

Death of Detta Duffy, wife of John Duffy, former COO, Generation / Anita Gribben
It is with sadness that we learned of the death of Detta Duffy, wife of our friend and former colleague John Duffy, former Chief Operations Officer, Generation.
Detta will be reposing at her family home in Blackrock on Friday 29th July 2022 from 5pm – 7pm. Her funeral mass will take place in St. John The Baptist Church, Blackrock, on Saturday 30th July 2022 at 11am followed by burial in Holmpatrick Cemetery in Skerries, Co Dublin.
