Sale of Reusable salad and soup bowls-Gateway Canteens / Corporate Sustainability
ESB’s move to ditch single use plastics in mid-March 2019 is paying dividends to the environment. Our combined efforts are removing almost 1,000,000 single use items annually from ESB’s catered locations across Ireland.
There are many options and alternatives for reusable bowls and cups available on the market to promote and enable a greater reuse, low waste culture. From today reusable soup/porridge and reusable salad bowls will be available to purchase in ESB Gateway canteen and coffee dock.
These are priced very modestly at €3 for the salad bowl and €2 for the soup/porridge bowl. So don’t get caught unprepared anymore if you wish to grab a quick takeaway salad, soup or porridge. Please ask at the tills to purchase your reusable bowl.
