Newly designed Health and Wellbeing Bulletin / Oonagh Dalton

This month we cover the topic ‘Heart Health’ with some simple tips you can do today to help prevent against Cardiovascular disease. we go behind the scenes to get some health tips with our Coventry SES Wellbeing Champion – Anne Marie Sonko, we have a competition for a hamper and lastly we are delighted to share with you our new Health and Wellbeing events calendar for the month of September.
Each month the bulletin will be posted on the Hub, Yammer and Noticeboard. We would also encourage you to bring this to a team meeting to discuss over the course of the month.
