Death of Alan Ryan, brother of Mick Gilmartin, NT Mullingar / Paddy Monaghan
The death has occurred of Ann Ryan, sister of Mick Gilmartin NT Mullingar February 8, 2020 – (peacefully), at the Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar, in the company of her family and friends.Ann will be very sadly missed by her devoted family, Clifford, Audrey and Robert, her mother Patsy, sisters Kathrina, Jean and Mandy, brothers Roland and Mick, extended family and many friends.
Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4 o’c with removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30 o’c.Funeral Mass on Thursday at 10 o’c followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mick and his family at this sad time.

Retirement of Anne Sherlock / Nuala Moloney
After almost 38 years’ service across various ESB locations, Anne Sherlock will leave ESB at the end of February to start the next chapter in her life. Retirement of Adrian Harney / Pam O’Shea
After 38 years of service to ESB, Adrian has decided to hang up his boots and retire and start the next chapter in his life.
Adrian started in ESB in 1981 as a Graduate Engineer in the Portlaoise District (Carlow Group) and then worked in the Urban Planning and Work Management areas in the old Distribution Department, Osprey House. Adrian carried out a number of roles across ESB Networks including IT Systems Development, Profile Data Services, Meter Asset Management and Underground Networks. In 2017, Adrian moved from ESB Networks to Group Internal Audit to work as a senior auditor. Adrian has made a great contribution in all areas that he has worked in and has formed great friendships with colleagues across ESB.
Adrian has represented ESB’s interests as Chairman of the Board of the Electro-Technical Council of Ireland and held the role of Chairman of ESPA/Unite from 2011 to 2014. He is currently a Trustee on the Board of ESOP.
To mark his retirement, Adrian would like to invite his friends and colleagues to join him on Friday 21st February, 2020 at 5:30pm in Toners Bar (upstairs), Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2. Retirement of Eithne Holland / Eric Keegan
After many years of service, Eithne has decided to retire and start the next chapter in her life.
Over her long career Eithne acquired a huge range of knowledge and expertise in D&CS, HV and finally PD/CD Performance. This knowledge she was always willing to share with others.
Eithne will be greatly missed, but we wish her health and happiness in her retirement. Eithne’s last day at work will be Wednesday March 11th.
To mark her departure, Eithne would like to invite her friends and colleagues to join her in Tonery’s Bar, Bohermore, Galway on Friday March 13th from 8.30pm till late.
