Catherine Murphy, ESB Networks is retiring /
After 42.5 years’ service our colleague Catherine Murphy is retiring and her last day is Wednesday 30th September. Over those years, Catherine has made a great contribution to the company from early days in Southern district, becoming a key person in HV South for 19 years and more recently in the Programme and Performance area. As the company has developed Catherine has expanded her involvement to many areas in the company and has made lots of friends and valued colleagues in numerous locations. We all wish Catherine a long and happy retirement.
Tony Leddy, ESB Networks, is retiring / James Finn
After 47 years of service in ESB, our colleague Tony Leddy is retiring. Although Tony won’t be formally retiring until October, Friday the 18th of September will be his last working day in ESB.
Tony has made an enormous contribution to ESB since he started in Fleet St in 1971. He worked in Metering, Underground Construction and Operations before joining the Commissioning section in 1999 where he has spent the past 21 years building, sharing and utilising his technical expertise for the betterment of ESB and his colleagues. A colleague and a friend to many in the Dublin region and beyond, Tony will be missed by all come next Friday evening, especially so by his friends in Networks Commissioning. We wish Tony a long and happy retirement. When the time allows we hope to formally mark Tony’s retirement.
