The Hub: Mind yourself and others / mailto:covid19help@esb.ie
The COVID-19 crisis has put us all in a spin. When once the 7am Monday alarm clock might have been a nuisance, we are now missing the reliable steadfast signalling of the start of a new week with familiar and comfortable routine.
As we now work our way through our “new normal” we must take time to consider our health and wellbeing and that of our colleagues and friends. We must look at new ways of staying connected, seeking ways to provides solace, comfort and a short period of escapism for ourselves and our families. We appreciate how challenging this is going to be for people, and that there’s a lot of information flying around which may not be very helpful, so we’ve created a Hub site to pull the resources together into one place under the three topics of Resilience, Relationships and Remote Working. Visit The Hub Start, start exploring and see how you can mind yourself and others…
