Mary O’Malley RIP-Mother of Michael O’Malley, System Perf. Networks Assets, Letterkenny / Seamus Reilly, EAP, Sligo
The death has occurred of Mary (Cissie) O’Malley, Brenter, Dunkineely, peacefully at the Harbour Lights Nursing Home Bruckless ( Mother of Michael O’Malley, Networks, Letterkenny)
Funeral arrangements as follows;
Remains reposing today at her home from 5pm to 11pm and on Friday from 11 am to 11 pm. Funeral mass on Saturday at 11 o’clock in St. Naul’s Church, Ardaghey followed by burial in Bruckless Cemetery. Rosary on both nights at 10 pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to the Patients Comfort Fund Donegal Community Hospital care of any family member. A one way system will be in operation for the duration of the wake.
Our Thoughts & Prayers are with Michael & his Family at this sad time.

Reminder -National Workplace Wellbeing Day – Lunchtime Mile / Health & Wellbeing
National Workplace Wellbeing Day is happening tomorrow, Friday 12th April, and this year we are promoting physical activity with a lunchtime mile.
Did you know that we should be getting 30 minutes of physical exercise per day? Walking a lunchtime mile can go a long way towards reaching that target.
Why not get your colleagues involved and set a course around your workplace and make the move to better heart health, increased mood and regulated blood pressure. How you do your lunchtime mile is up to up but make it fun!
The person who captures the best innovative way of taking part in the lunchtime mile will be in with a chance to win a €50 one for all voucher. Simply yammer your photo with the hashtag #workwell19
