Death of our collegue Richie Russell ESB Networks, Bandon / Valerie Ivers
RUSSELL (Clonakilty): On January 14th 2019 at Cork University Hospital after an illness borne with great dignity surrounded by his family. RICHARD (of E.S.B., Bandon) beloved son of Tommy and Kathleen (nee Sexton) Desert, much loved brother to Helen (Condon), Mary (Scally), Michael, Kathleen, Tómas and Sinéad (Burton). Sadly missed by his loving parents, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law Christy, Tom and Neville, sisters-in-law Siobhan and Kay, uncle, aunts, nephews, nieces, relatives, work colleagues, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Wednesday, January 16th 2019 from 5pm followed by removal at 7.30pm to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty. Requiem Mass on Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Clonakilty. Rest In Peace

2019 Couch to 5K Programme Launch on 18th Jan in Gateway & via Skype / Brian Gray
Launching this year in multiple locations (Wilton, Clanwilliam & D2, Gateway, Swift Square & Aghada)!
The 2019 installation of our Employee Couch to 5k running programme gets underway week commencing 28th January.
This year we currently have confirmed volunteer coaches for 5 locations and are in search of more experienced runners to volunteer and help their colleagues at other ESB locations. Get in touch if you can help.
We will have a launch and information session on the Couch to 5K programme on Friday 18th January, 12:45p.m. in Conference Room 3 Gateway and via skype (details below);
