On Saturday, May 11th it is anticipated that a quarter of a million people in over 200 venues across 19 countries and 5 continents will walk from Darkness Into Light.
With less than 50 staff packs remaining we would encourage anyone taking part to email sponsorship@electricireland.ie as soon as possible. Please include your name, email address and venue you will be attending, also the information of any friends or family who would like to receive a volunteer pack.
The unique event, which is symbolic of the journey from despair to hope, begins in darkness at 4.15am. Thousands of people will walk a 5-kilometre route into the light of dawn. Funds raised from Darkness Into Light help keep Pieta’s counselling services free of charge and freely accessible. Join us in waking from Darkness into Light and Experience the Power of Hope
