It is with deep regret that I inform you of the death of Kathleen Markey (mother of Eamon NT Carrickmacross Co. Monaghan). May she rest in peace.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Eamon and his family at this sad time. The death has occurred of Kathleen Markey (née Kieran), Rosdrenagh, Donaghmoyne, Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan peacefully at Castleross Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family, Thursday, 1st December 2022. Predeceased by her husband Peadar, sister Molly, brothers Tom, Pat, Mick and Harry. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sons Patsy, Eamonn, Enda and Peadar, daughters-in-law Mary, Geraldine and Grainne, her eleven grandchildren and great-grandchild, sister-in-law Kathleen Kieran (Inniskeen), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace. Reposing at Peader and Geraldine’s residence Rosdrenagh (A81 RC85) on Friday afternoon (2nd) from 3pm until 9pm. Removal on Saturday morning to St. Lastra’s Church, Donaghmoyne arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
