Farewell & Thanks
Thanks from John Burke, ESB Networks on his recent retirement /
It is hard to believe 40 years have passed so quickly. Gone in almost the blink of an eye. I have worked mainly in Kilkenny and the NTC Portlaoise. I would also have worked with colleagues from many different sections over the 40 years on the phone and in person. All very talented, dedicated and enjoyable people to work with which made the time fly.
My family and I would like to thank all of my colleagues and friends for your kind words and best wishes in my retirement. We received many messages of goodwill for a long happy healthy retirement by phone, cards, texts, video and emails.
I would like to wish you all the very best both inside and outside work. No doubt some of our paths will cross in the future. Stay safe and well, John
