The death has occurred of George O’Connor, father of Aileen O’Connor, Customer and Business Performance, ESB Networks, Wilton. May he rest in peace.
Funeral arrangements are:
Reception into St. Patrick’s Church, Rochestown on Wednesday (18th) at 11.30am for 12.00 noon Requiem Mass, funeral afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Crosshaven.

The death has occurred of George Walsh, Father of Christine, BSC, Gateway Building.
Arrangements: Funeral Mass at St. Laurence O’Toole’s Church, Roundwood, Tuesday morning, 17th January, at 11am followed by interment in Kilmurray Cemetery, Newtownmountkennedy. May he rest in Peace.
Death of Marie Coughlan, mother of Fiona Coughlan, Health Services / Audrey Patterson, Manager, Health and Wellbeing
It is with regret that I inform you of the death of Marie Coughlan, mother of our colleague Fiona Coughlan. Funeral arrangements as follows:
Reposing at her residence on Tuesday, 17th, from 3pm to 9pm. House private thereafter. Funeral Mass at 11am on Wednesday in St. Matthew’s Church, Ballymahon, followed by interment in Shrule Cemetery. May she Rest in Peace

The death has taken place peacefully at his home of Pat Gavigan, Beagh, Ardara, brother of Luke Gavigan, Construction Super. Killybegs. Funeral arrangements as follows;
His remains are reposing at his residence, Beagh, Ardara.
Funeral from there, on Wednesday morning January 18th at 10.30 a.m. to the Church of the Holy Family, Ardara.
For 11 a.m. requiem mass, with burial immediately afterwards, in the adjoining Cemetery. Family time please from 11p.m to 10a.m.

Pilates Class / John Higgins
In preparation for the inevitable New Year’s resolutions, I just wanted to let you know (or remind you if you’ve been before!) about the exercise classes that we plan to run in ESB Head Office starting from Monday the 16th. The classes will run in batches of 6 weeks and the cost will be 35 Euro.
I’m responsible for organising a number of other classes (Circuits, Boot Camp and Pilates) in ESB. Please see the Gateway timetable. If you’re over in Gateway on a Wednesday please feel free to try a class.
It’s a great way to get fit (or stay fit), and the classes are designed to suit all levels of fitness.
Benefits of Pilates:

· Improved flexibility and stay pain free
· Prevention and treatment of back pain

· Time: 1 to 1.45 (45 minutes)
· Location: Helsinki Room next to the kitchen on the third floor
· Facilities: Changing, shower & locker facilities are located on level -1 beside the bike sheds · Number of classes: 6 (One classes every Monday 1 to 1.45) · Cost: €35 for six weeks
What to bring:
· Bottle of water
· Towel
· Mat – Only if you have one! Mats will be provided but some people like to use their own. If you have any questions please let me know.
