My family and I would like to thank you all for your support and for the many expressions of sympathy extended to us on the recent passing of my Dad Andy. Everyone who sent a card, text, email, telephoned or attended the funeral helped us in this very difficult time and your support is very much appreciated, it was a great comfort to us and will continue to be so over the coming months.
Death of Thomas O’Driscoll, father of Fran O’Driscoll / Ger Ennis
It is with great sadness that I inform you of the death of Thomas O’Driscoll beloved father of our friend and colleague Fran O’Driscoll. O’DRISCOLL THOMAS (TOM) (Dun Bolg, Carraig na bhFear, Co Cork): On July 17th, 2022, peacefully, in his 94th year, after a short illness at the Mercy University Hospital, beloved husband of the late Ellen (Dunlea), loving and caring dad to Margaret (O’Brien), Michael, Colin, Sheila, Fran (Doherty) Tomás and Eileen (Twomey), pre-deceased by his twin brother Denis and sisters Mary Frances and Sheila. He will be sadly missed by his loving family, his much adored grandchildren Colm, Ciarán, Amanda, Michael, Laura, Kate, Ciara, Thomas, Cathal, Caoimhe, Thomas, Con and Cara and great- grandchildren, Fintan, Declan and Nikiforos, daughters-in-law Breda & Mary Jo, sons-in-law Dominic, Brian and Clement, relatives, kind neighbours and a wide circle of good friends. Reposing at Barry Bros. Funeral Home, Hazelwood, Glanmire on Wednesday (July 20th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
