Marian O’Mahony is retiring /
Our colleague and friend Marian O’Mahony is retiring at the end of March. Having spent the earlier part of her career in Customer Supply and Sales roles in the Cork District, Marian joined the Environment Team ESB Networks in an Admin and Systems Support role in May 2009, where she soon became the recognised expert on management information systems, procurement, invoice payment, and SharePoint.
Nothing was ever a problem for Marian, who will be missed by everyone in the Environment Team and wider Network’s business for her “can do” approach, people skills and professionalism. No doubt the voluntary work and many interests Marian is involved with will keep her busy in future, and we wish Marian and her family all that’s good, in her retirement. We hope to celebrate Marian’s retirement with an “in-person“ event as soon as current restrictions allow.
