Health, Safety & Wellbeing

EU Safety Week 2017 / Group Health, Safety & Wellbeing
For 2017, our overall theme for Safety Week is “Good Catch” to help promote and raise awareness on this important topic for ESB.
We know they help predict future injuries, and we know we need large quantities and high quality of good catches.
Our aim this week is to enable be some meaningful conversations on Good Catch across ESB – why and how they form a core part of how we manage risks across ESB.
*Action: We are encouraging teams to come together and explore Good Catches logged by the team, and from their work area. What can we learn from these?
Use the Good Catch Handbook to help answer some common questions and tackle myths. Lets get the conversation on Good Catches going!
