Stay Flu Free This Winter And Get Vaccinated / mailto:Onehr@esb.ie
ESB has teamed up again with Boots Pharmacy to provide the flu vaccination programme using a voucher based system. To request a free voucher please email mailto:Onehr@esb.ie with the following details: Name, Staff Number, Phone Number & Address. Staff may request a voucher for their spouse for a fee of €20 which is non-refundable and deducted at source. Vouchers will be made available to all staff from October 1st and are valid until January 31st 2020. In exceptional cases staff may visit their GP to receive the vaccination. Reimbursement will be made in February 2020 once a receipt has been submitted to Occupational Health.
