Tom Berry RIP (Father of Patricia Berry) / Samantha Breen
Tom Berry, 2nd May 2019, (Artane, Dublin) died peacefully in the wonderful care of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny, surrounded by his loving family. Tom, beloved husband of Ann and loving father of Patricia, Brian, Deirdre, Thomas, and Maeve; he will be very sadly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren Ciara, Aoife, Conal, and Oscar, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace
Reposing at the family residence from 6pm to 8pm on Friday, 3rd May, (house private outside of these hours please). Removal on Saturday morning, 4th May, to St. Brendan’s Church, Coolock arriving for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium. No flowers please, donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny. Our thoughts and prayers are with Patricia and her family at this time. May he rest in peace.

8 Days until Darkness Into Light- Have you Registered? /
Join us in walking from Darkness Into Light and Experience the Power of Hope.
Already many thousands of people experience the power of hope that taking part in Darkness Into Light brings. We are extending the invitation to all of our staff to experience it also and to help further strengthen the power of hope brought about by the event by signing up to walk on Saturday, May 11th.
There will be a sign up station at the coffee dock in Gateway Two and the canteen in Gateway 3 next Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.

John Davis Retiring after 40 years in ESB /
John Davis will be celebrating his retirement on Friday the 10th on may in Weatherspoon’s, Westend Retail Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 from 6.00pm on and would love to see you all there.
“I have had a great and varied career with ESB. Starting off in Generation then moving to HR. From there to Retail and finishing up in Electric Ireland. I have made and kept some great friendships over the years and have enjoyed working with some exceptional people. I will be back in Santry on Wednesday the 8th of May and will hopefully catch up with people to say farewell. I am delighted to say I will continue in my role as Santa Claus.”

Retirement of Peter Murphy, Facilities Manager, Enterprise Services / Daragh Tyrrell, Sara Farrington & Jessie Buckley
After a 37 year career with ESB, Peter Murphy, Facilities Manager, Enterprise Services will retire on Friday 7 June 2019.
Peter started his career in 1982 over the last 37 years worked in Distribution, moved to IT and finally in Facilities. Working in various locations – Osprey House / Head Office / Moneypoint power station / Blanchardstown / Fleet Street / Clanwilliam / Merrion Square
Peter has made many good and long standing friendships in ESB and will be missed by all and we wish Peter and Anna every happiness and success long into the future.
Peter would like to invite his current and former colleagues and friends to his retirement function upstairs in Doheny & Nessbit’s on 7 June 2019 at 18.00.
