Death of Christy Langan/ Paul Dennehy
The death has occurred of Christopher (Cristo) Langan
Mountsion, Ferrybank, Waterford
Christopher (Cristo) Langan, Mountsion, Ferrybank, late of ESB and Narbane, Kilmacow, who died on Tuesday, 10th March 2020, peacefully at University Hospital Waterford, surrounded by his loving family. Cristo will be sadly missed by his loving wife Anita (Nee O’Brien), son Cristo, daughter Lisa (Walsh), son-in-law Gavin, daughter-in-law Vicki, grandchildren Cristo and Kai, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. REST IN PEACE
Removal will take place on Friday, 13th March, to The Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank. arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. HOUSE PRIVATE PLEASE

Retirement of Niall O’Connor, EAP Officer – Health & Wellbeing/ Brian Samson
After over 40 years of service our friend and colleague, Niall O Connor. has decided to retire from ESB. Niall has worked in many areas throughout his career in ESB but is probably best known for his roles in the Equality and Diversity Office and in his current role as EAP Officer serving many of the Dublin and Midland Locations.
Over the last 10 years in his role as EAP Officer Niall has made a huge contribution to the health and wellbeing of staff. Niall has become known for his professional caring and discrete manner. Niall has quietly supported management and staff through both good and difficult periods. Niall’s knowledge, understanding and empathy will be greatly missed along with his easy going nature and great sense of humour.
To mark the occasion of Niall’s retirement , Niall would be delighted if his friends and colleagues would join him Mc Grattans, 76 Fitzwilliam Ln, Dublin, Friday 3rd April from 5.30pm. (Coronavirus permitting)
