Calling all ESB Retirees! Come along to ESB Science Blast /
How long can we function without sleep? Can magnets be used to decrease pollution in the atmosphere? What paper airplane design flies the furthest?
ESB Science Blast 2020 kicks off in the RDS on from 2nd – 5th March, and we are looking for retired ESB employees to engage with children any time between 10am and 1pm, asking them questions as they chat about their class science projects.
ESB Science Blast is a class-led, non-competitive programme where primary school pupils collaboratively investigate the science behind a simple question that interests them, before displaying their work at exciting showcase events.
If you would like to come along to this enjoyable event and learn a little about science from the curious minds of kids, while also finding out what’s been going on in the organisation and catching up with old colleagues, please contact hannah.moore@esb.ie or niamh.oconnor3@esb.ie by Friday the 21st of February.
