Medical Provident Fund – Notice of Trustee Election / Ciaran O’Callaghan
Notice is hereby given that elections are about to be held for the purpose of electing four members of the Fund as “Elected Trustees” in accordance with Rule 7.
Details on nomination papers & closing dates for acceptance of completed nomination papers etc. Please note that the Proposer and Seconder of a candidate must be members of Medical Provident Fund
• Nomination papers may be obtained from the Fund Manager, ESB Medical Provident Fund, Desk No. 2.5.78, ESB Gateway, East Wall Road, Dublin 3 (voting papers shall issue not later than Friday, 27 July 2018).
• Completed nomination papers must be tendered to the Fund Manager, ESB Medical Provident Fund, Desk No. 2.5.78, ESB Gateway, East Wall Road, Dublin 3, so as to arrive not later than 3pm on Friday, 6 July 2018. The poll shall close on Friday, 31 August 2018.

The death has occurred of Cecilia O’Meara, mother of Ann Nolan (ITS)
Cecilia, late of Oak Road, Donnycarney, June 18th 2018, peacefully at Carechoice Nursing Home, Malahide Road.
Reposing at Stafford’s Funeral Home, Maypark, Malahide Road on Wednesday 20th June from 2pm. Removal on Wednesday evening to Our Lady of Consolation Church, Donnycarney arriving at 6pm. Funeral on Thursday morning after 11am Mass to St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Sutton. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Alzheimer’s Society. May she rest in peace.
Death of David Cullinan, Father of Liam Cullinan West Offaly Power / Tommy Timpson
David Cullinan, Ballylin, Ferbane, Offaly and formerly of Kilmacthomas, Waterford,
David died on June 18th 2018, peacefully at Tullamore Hospital. He is a native of Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford and for many years was a member of the teaching staff of Ferbane Vocational School. David will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving wife Mary, sons Liam, Sean and David, grandchildren Jack, Barry, Lara, Darren, Gemma, Sadie and Lucy, brother Pat (Carlow), sister Cáit Hughes, daughters-in-law Sandra, Rachael and Vanessa, brother-in-law John, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

David will repose at his home on Tuesday evening (June19th) from 5pm to 8pm and again on Wednesday evening (June 20th) from 5pm to 8pm. Removal on Thursday morning (June 21st) to St. Mary’s Church, Ferbane for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in Kilrehan Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Mary Doyle, mother of Michelle Doyle (Recruitment & Selection, BSC)
DOYLE, Mary (née Rowley), (Leixlip, Co. Kildare) June 17th, 2018 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at St. Brigid’s Ward, Mater Hospital. Beloved wife of Anthony (Tony) and much loved mother of Michelle, Jacqueline and Tony and adored grandmother of Nathan and Amber, predeceased by her parents John and Marie Rowley. Mary will be sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughters, grandchildren, son-in-law Brendan, daughter-in-law Angela, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Removal on Wednesday morning (June 20th.) to The Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip arriving for Requiem Mass at 11 o’c followed by burial in Confey Cemetery. House Private. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Mater Foundation.
