Death Notice Johnny Griffin retired staff Limerick/ Seamus Devine
It is with sadness that we have learned of the death of our former colleague and friend Johnny Griffn.
A private Funeral is taking place, there will be a Memorial Mass and celebration of Johnny’s life at a future date.
May he rest in peace.
Death of Joe Ryan Father of Eileen Glynn Database ESB Networks Portlaoise/ Mary Dunne
It is with deep regret I advise the Death of Joe Ryan RIP Father of our Friend and Colleague Eileen Glynn Database ESB Networks Portlaoise
Peacefully, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Eillen, and dearly loved father to Martin, Eileen, Catherine, Caroline and Siobhan. Deeply regretted by his loving family, brother Donnacha, sons-in-law John McCourt and Kenneth Glynn, daughter-in-law Mary, grandchildren Karen, Shauna, James, Hollyrose, Stephen and David, great-grandchildren Kian and Mia, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.Rest in Peace
A family requiem Mass at 12 noon on Tuesday, followed by interment in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise. Covid-19 protocol will be observed. House strictly private. Memorial mass will take place at a later date.

Retirement of Anthony O’Donovan/
After nearly of 40 years of service our friend and colleague, Anthony O’Donovan, has decided to retire from the ESB. Anthony has worked in many areas throughout his career in the ESB. He joined as a professional engineer and worked in the Distribution & Planning Department, subsequently moving into the IT area. Anthony has supported his team with various assignments and will be remembered for his professional caring and discrete manner. Anthony’s last day at work will be on the 27th of March 2020.
We are really sorry that due to the unprecedented circumstances Anthony’s leaving party has been postponed to a later date.
Anthony wishes to convey his farewells to colleagues and friends from the various work areas and particularly, those tending to be more in the memory zone now (Cheerio..).
