Bridie Gilligan RIP ( Mother of Seamus & Paddy Gilligan, Networks, Sligo) / Seamus Reilly, EAP, Sligo The death has occurred of Bridie GILLIGAN (née Gilgan)
Lecarrow, Strandhill, Sligo – mother of Seamus, Technical Services Supr., & Paddy NT Networks, Sligo.
Peacefully at the Nazareth Nursing Home, Church Hill, Sligo. Predeceased by her husband Joe, son Joseph, grandson Brian and sister Ann. Cherished mother of Paddy, Marie (Gilgan), Seamus, Liz (Cummerford) and Michael. Sadly missed by her loving family sister Nora, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchild, relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements as follows;
Reposing at her son Michael and daughter-in-law Mary’s residence at Lecarrow, Strandhill, Sligo from 3pm to 7pm Saturday and from 3pm to 7pm Sunday. Removal on Monday to Saint Patrick’s Church, Strandhill, Sligo to arrive for Mass of Christian burial at 10.30am. Burial to follow in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to the Nazareth House Patients Comfort Fund C/O Seamus Feehily & Son Funeral Directors, Pearse Road, Sligo. House Private to family Monday morning please.
