I would like to express my appreciation to all my friends from across ESB for the wonderful send off last Thursday night. To all those that sent cards, emails, those who phoned, texted and those that contributed so generously to the collection – thank you all! People are so good.
The last 37 years have flown by but then time flies when you’re enjoying yourself – and I’ve enjoyed every day. I now look forward to spending more time with Abbie, Shona and Ruairi, as well as doing some of the other important things in life.
I would like to thank ESB and everybody I’ve worked with for so many happy memories and for such an interesting and enjoyable career. The very best of luck and good health to all and every success to ESB for an even Brighter Future. JOHN EGAN

Sports Physio Ireland is a Physio led training facility in the heart of Dublin 2 (https://goo.gl/maps/nHGAqD2kz5z) very convenient to ESB city centre locations. We are different than most places in our approach as all of our personal training sessions are led by chartered physiotherapists. This can help you feel comfortable knowing that while you exercise to get fit, your individual injuries or niggles will also be taken care of.
We run small group trainings (Max 3-4 people) as it facilitates an environment that not only helps you reach your individual goals, but creates a sense of commitment to the others who are training with you. With a positive-communal environment, you will have other like-minded individuals to hold you accountable and motivate you to complete your training each week.
The 21 Day Trial is ideal in the lead up to the christmas period or in getting a head start on your new years resolution. It is also a great way to get yourself into a strict routine of exercise. The cost of the trial is €129. The 21 Day Trial includes; · A Free initial consultation
