The family of Bernie are holding a 1st Anniversay Mass in St. James Church, James Street , Dublin 8 on Saturday 08th September at 6:30PM and would be delighted if her friends and collegues would be available to attend. Liz Comerford & family.

Dougie Coughlan (RIP) – Son of John Coughlan, Ex Civil Works Supervisor, Ardnacrusha Power Station. /
Funeral Arrangements have taken place in America. A special mass will be held for Dougie (RIP) in St Senan’s Church, Foynes next Wednesday, 5th September at 6.30 pm.
Our thoughts and prayers are with John and his Family at this sad time.

Half Marathon in aid of St. Francis Hospice /
On the 22nd of September, Terry Phelan of Dublin Bay Power Plant will be participating in the Dublin Half Marathon in The Phoenix Park with the aim of raising funds for St Francis Hospice. All money raised will go directly to St Francis Hospice in Blanchardstown. Retirement of Denis McCabe, Poolbeg /
After 38 years in ESB, Denis McCabe, Poolbeg has decided to hang up his PPE and retire. His knowledge of all things plant related, safety, travel and especially transport and trains will be missed. No doubt Denis will be spending many hours of his well-deserved ‘me time’ visiting the railways of Ireland and the world.
To mark the occasion of his retirement, Denis would like to invite his colleagues and friends for a few drinks and a chat in the Harbourmaster Bar, IFSC on Friday 31st August from 6.30 p.m.
