MyOffice provides a controlled secure access to ESB Corporate Applications over the public internet.
The Citrix/MyOffice Login screen is changing!
This will happen on Sunday 27th June, please note between 8am and 10am (GMT+1) logging into Citrix/MyOffice will not be available.
Why are we doing this?
We are moving from using Swivel to Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to login to Citrix/MyOffice. This move aligns with ESB’s cloud and digital strategy.
What does this mean for me?
- On Sunday 27th June the login screen will change – from screenshot (1) to (2)
- Instead of logging in with your username you will now login with your email address, e.g. joe.doe@esb.ie
- Register with Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication using your ESB email address if you have not done so already. Follow the steps to register here (Please note, the preferred method to use is “Notify me through app”)
- If you do not register with Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication you will not be able to login to Citrix/MyOffice after 27th June.
